Where do our documents go?
Depends on the delivery mode you choose. Local keeps documents on your hardware; hybrid keeps documents and control local with approved cloud calls for selected tasks; cloud processes through approved services. For pilots we prefer redacted documents.
What makes this different from ChatGPT or Copilot?
Generic tools give a blank chat box. Qore Box is built around one workflow - connected to selected documents, with structured outputs, source references, validation checks, a simple review UI and a local/hybrid/cloud choice.
Is it safe to use AI for tenders or compliance?
Qore Box produces reviewable first-pass outputs - requirements, evidence links, missing items, risk flags and drafts. It is not a legal or compliance authority; your team reviews important outputs before use.
Will you train AI on our documents?
Not without explicit permission. Client documents are used only for the agreed workflow, never in public demos, and never to train shared models without written agreement.
